In this season, God is reassuring you that you have been prepared for exactly where He’s called you to. In the trials of life, you are more than a conqueror because He has overcome the world! Intentionality regarding who you allow to influence you is key, and as you surround yourself with those who have more faith than you do, breakthrough will follow your intentional choices.

God is also miraculously healing wounds from betrayal, and forgiveness will lead you into wholeness of mind, body and spirit. This season, God is surprising many of you with a glimpse into your legacy, and He’s revealing what He’s done to accomplish His word in your life. Watch in wonder as He reveals to you how prophetic words that you’ve partnered with have come to pass.

This is a season of preparation for promises that God has given you – specifically promises related to provision, abundance and dreams. Take time to evaluate what you’ve been given through your family line, asking God to open your eyes to see.

The Prepared Mind

“We all experience times of testing, which is normal for every human being. But God will be faithful to you. He will screen and filter the severity, nature, and timing of every test or trial you face so that you can bear it. And each test is an opportunity to trust Him more, for along with every trial God has provided for you a way of escape that will bring you out of it victoriously.” (1 Corinthians 10:13 The Passion Translation)

God has prepared us for where He’s calling us. God created camels to be uniquely equipped for the desert climate in which they live. They have the ability to store fat in their humps that prepares them for the times when food and water are scarce. They have bushy eyebrows that keep sand out of their eyes in a sandstorm. Their long necks allow them to reach the leaves on tall desert trees, like palm trees. Camels are prepared, equipped and designed to handle life in the desert, and because they are uniquely equipped for it, they are not afraid of the harsh conditions that would present a definite challenge for the rest of us.

If you are entering into a difficult season, or you are already in the midst of a challenging situation, take comfort in the fact that God has already given you what you need, and that you will be shaped and refined by your trial (James 1:2-4). You must change your mindset, picturing yourself as victorious in your own life. God knew your circumstances before the foundation of the world. He knew the trials you would face and the heartache that would ensue. And precisely because He knew what you would face, He has equipped you to be more than a conqueror in your life (Romans 8:37). Jesus told us that we would face trials but that He has overcome the world (John 16:33)!

If you are prepared to face what you encounter because you know God has given you what you need, your perspective will change and you’ll have a much greater chance of being successful. Don’t lose sight of the fact that God has given you everything needed for what you’re facing right now! God has and is preparing you for the climate that you’re in and will be entering into. There is grace and power to make agreement with Heaven.

Nothing is Impossible

“Not one promise from God is empty of power, for nothing is impossible with God!” (Luke 1:37 The Passion Translation)

Being intentional this season is a key to breakthrough in what has felt impossible. Be selective in what you choose, what you do, as well as who and what you surround yourself with, and refine and reflect on where you put your energy. One important way to be intentional is by cultivating faith. Are you surrounding yourself with people that grow your faith, people that challenge the way you think and what you believe in a healthy way? Do you have faith for what you’re believing for? Do you have faith for your promise? We know that faith is the currency of Heaven and that it is impossible to please God without it (Hebrews 11:6). If you have lost faith and hope for the promise in your heart, be intentional in this time to surround yourself with those that have more faith than you do.

In this season, God is meeting us in our choices. He is presenting us with opportunities and clarity on what relationships are causing us to grow. He’s demonstrating what it looks like to live in faith. By taking the time to hear what He is saying, we will have clarity, and by trusting in what He’s saying, we will have the boldness of faith to move forward.

Healed from Betrayal

“When Judas, who had betrayed Him, saw that Jesus was condemned, he was seized with remorse and returned the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and the elders. ‘I have sinned,’ he said, ‘for I have betrayed innocent blood.’ ‘What is that to us?’ they replied. ‘That’s your responsibility.'” (Matthew 27:3-4)

Almost all of us have experienced betrayal at some level in our lifetime, just as Jesus did. Although, for most of us, we are not betrayed unto death. This season God is miraculously bringing healing from betrayal. Emotional wounds (when not processed through and dealt with) can become a part of our physical bodies. It is not uncommon to experience physical symptoms (such as back pain) after experiencing a betrayal. If you are unsure if you’ve experienced a betrayal, or if nothing is coming to mind, ask God if you have and if it’s some how affecting your body.

We know from the Bible that forgiveness is our role when we’ve been hurt. Sometimes we may need to make reparations and other times we may simply need to take the step of forgiving that person. Even though you may have forgiven the offender who hurt you, the wound can still be there and can still be very deep. Consider how you would care for a physical wound; it takes time to heal, and you must give it time. Sometimes we think about forgiveness as the whole healing process, when really it is just the first step to healing.

In this season, God is bringing healing to people who have been betrayed. He’s bringing new life, full of creativity and hope, along with the healing. He’s bringing healing of body, soul and spirit. Your role is simply to forgive anyone who has betrayed you and partner with what you see God doing.

An Honored Legacy

“The lover of God is enriched beyond belief, but the evil man only curses his luck.” (Proverbs 10:6 The Passion Translation)

In this season, many people will have a glimpse into seeing their legacy. They will be able to see the words that God has spoken to them come to pass. It will feel like a supernatural time, where you are able to envision the things that you have been believing for. It may feel gloriously surreal, as if you are living in the time that you saw in the future, almost as if prophetic words from the future are being pulled into your present.

People around you will recognize, honor and bless you for the fruit that they see in your life during this time and for how they tangibly see God in you. You will be blessed as this becomes real to those who have watched your life. It may take others by surprise as they see the fruition of the promises and the words that you’ve been believing for. Witnesses of the breakthrough in your life may be brought into their own supernatural encounter.

In this time, God is surprising people with honor and blessing and revealing what He’s done to accomplish His word in their lives. Watch in wonder as He reveals to you how prophetic words that you’ve partnered with have come to pass.

Preparation for Promises

“The benevolent man leaves an inheritance that endures to his children’s children, but the wealth of the wicked is treasured up for the righteous.” (Proverbs 13:22 The Passion Translation)

This is a season of preparation for promises that God has given you – specifically financial promises related to provision, abundance and dreams. God is releasing cycles of blessing in family lines through stewardship and intention. Take time to evaluate what you’ve been given through your family line, asking God to open your eyes to see. If you don’t see something in your family related to you by blood, look broader to others that have invested in you. It’s time to find ways to intentionally invest with time or money what someone else has sown into you.

It takes preparation, intention, and time to build a legacy and to leave an inheritance. Think now about what you’re going to do to prepare for when you do have breakthrough in your finances. Should you learn about investments, real estate, the Stock Market or business? Now is the time to learn about investing and to dream with God about the future. Process with God through some questions:

• What would an ideal monthly budget be for our family?
• What should we be doing with our finances?
• What percentage of our income should we be living off of?
• How can we pay off our debt so that we can be working towards all of this?

This season, God is helping you navigate what you need to be learning and how you need to be preparing, bearing in mind that preparation looks different for every person.

Declarations:

• God is preparing me for where He’s calling me.
• I live by faith.
• God is healing my body, soul and spirit.
• My legacy is being revealed in my life.
• God is showing me how to prepare for my promises.
